1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing JSCarCares.com (the “Website”) or booking any car wash service (“Services”) offered by JSCarCares (“Company,” “we,” “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use our Website or Services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Customer,” “you”) and JSCarCares.

2. Services Offered

We provide professional car wash and detailing services including but not limited to:

  • Exterior Express Wash

  • Interior Detailing

  • Premium Combo (Exterior + Interior)

  • Headlight Restoration

  • Ceramic Coating (Basic and Premium)

  • Engine Bay Cleaning

  • Additional add-ons (tire shine, odor removal, pet hair removal)

All services are performed at our physical location: 45 Sukhumvit 71, Bangkok 10110, unless pickup service is requested (additional fees may apply).

3. Booking and Payment

3.1 Making a Booking

  • Bookings can be made via our website, phone call, Line, or in-person

  • A booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email or message

  • Walk-in customers are accepted subject to availability

3.2 Pricing

  • All prices are in Thai Baht (฿) inclusive of 7% VAT

  • Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed bookings retain original pricing

  • Additional charges apply for oversize vehicles (SUVs, pickup trucks, vans) — extra ฿100-300

3.3 Payment Methods

We accept:

  • Cash (Thai Baht only)

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard)

  • PromptPay (scan QR code at location)

  • Bank Transfer (KBank, SCB, BBL)

  • TrueMoney Wallet (for pickup service)

3.4 Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of service BEFORE vehicle delivery

  • For pickup/drop-off service, payment is collected at drop-off

  • No post-paid or credit accounts unless approved in writing

4. Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Refund Policy

4.1 Cancellation by Customer

4.2 Rescheduling by Customer

  • Free rescheduling if done 2+ hours before appointment

  • Limit of 2 reschedules per booking

  • Third reschedule requires new booking (old payment refunded per cancellation policy)

4.3 Cancellation by JSCarCares

If we cancel due to:

  • Weather: Heavy rain, flooding, or unsafe conditions — 100% refund or free reschedule

  • Equipment failure: 100% refund + 10% discount on next booking

  • Staff unavailability: 100% refund + free upgrade to next service tier

4.4 No-Show Policy

If you do not arrive within 20 minutes of your scheduled time without notice, it is considered a no-show. You forfeit your booking and must rebook with a ฿200 penalty fee.

5. Pickup and Drop-Off Service

We offer free pickup/drop-off within 5km of our location. Beyond 5km:

  • 5-10km: ฿100 each way

  • 10-15km: ฿200 each way

  • 15km+: ฿300 + negotiation

Conditions:

  • You must be present at pickup to hand over keys

  • You sign a vehicle condition checklist before pickup

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage noted on checklist

  • Keys returned only to you or your authorized representative (photo ID required)

6. Liability and Damage

6.1 Our Liability

We take utmost care with your vehicle. However:

  • We are not liable for pre-existing damage (scratches, dents, paint issues, mechanical problems)

  • We are not liable for aftermarket modifications not disclosed before service

  • We are not liable for theft of loose items (please remove all valuables)

  • Maximum liability for any service is limited to 3x the service fee paid

6.2 Customer Responsibility

You must:

  • Remove all personal belongings (wallet, phone, documents, loose change)

  • Disclose any pre-existing damage before service begins

  • Inform us of any alarm systems or special instructions

  • Ensure your vehicle is roadworthy (we will refuse unsafe vehicles)

6.3 Damage Claims

If you believe we caused damage:

  • Report immediately at time of pickup/drop-off (take photos together)

  • Submit written claim within 24 hours to claims@jscarcares.com

  • We will inspect and respond within 7 business days

  • We reserve right to repair at our cost OR pay reasonable third-party repair cost

7. Eco-Friendly Commitment

We use biodegradable, pH-neutral shampoos and water-saving technology. However:

  • We do not guarantee 100% zero environmental impact

  • We recycle approximately 70% of water, but some wastewater is unavoidable

  • Customers requesting water-intensive services (e.g., undercarriage wash) accept higher water usage

8. Prohibited Activities

You may not use our Website or Services for:

  • Any illegal purpose

  • Harassing or abusing our staff

  • Submitting false booking information

  • Attempting to pay with counterfeit money or stolen cards

  • Requesting services for stolen vehicles

Violation may result in permanent ban and legal action.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our Website (logos, images, text, graphics, videos) is owned by JSCarCares or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Thai law:

  • JSCarCares is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Our total liability for any claim related to our Services shall not exceed ฿5,000 or the service fee paid (whichever is higher)

  • We are not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, or acts of God

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold JSCarCares harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms

  • Your misuse of our Services

  • Any dispute between you and a third party

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting on this page. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance.
