6. Data Retention

We keep your personal data only as long as necessary:

  • Booking records: 3 years (for tax and warranty purposes)

  • Customer contact data: 2 years after last interaction (for loyalty program and re-engagement)

  • Website usage data: 14 months (Google Analytics retention)

  • Deleted accounts: All data permanently deleted within 30 days of request

After retention period ends, data is anonymized or securely deleted.

We implement appropriate security measures:
